These terms govern web design, hosting, and maintenance services provided by PulseCatalog. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

- Hosting and maintenance while your plan is active
- Ongoing support according to your selected package
Pricing and billing
A one-time setup fee (starting at $149) is collected before build begins. Monthly service (starting at $49/month) is billed in advance and renews automatically unless canceled.
If a payment fails, service may be paused after repeated unsuccessful retries.
Revisions and update scope
Your monthly plan includes a limited number of update requests. Larger redesigns, additional pages, or new functionality may require a separate quote.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and lawful content
- Respond to approvals and requested feedback in a timely way
- Maintain rights for any logos, photos, or text submitted
Ownership and handoff
PulseCatalog retains ownership of custom code while services are active. Upon written request and settlement of outstanding balances, code handoff options may be arranged.
Service availability and liability
We aim for high uptime and reliable hosting but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. PulseCatalog is not liable for third-party outages, force majeure events, or indirect losses.
Cancellation
You may cancel monthly service at any time. Service remains active through the end of the current paid period. Setup fees are non-refundable once active build work has started.
